Camie Return and Refund Policies

At Camie, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality fashion pieces that they love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
 

Return Policies

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
       

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items (unless defective)

    • Intimate apparel (such as lingerie) for hygiene reasons
       

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@camie-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

    • Pack the item securely, including your receipt or proof of purchase, and write the RAN on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
       

Refund Policies

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.

    • You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

    • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

  3. Partial Refunds:

    • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
       

Exchange Policies

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service team at info@camie-shop.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@camie-shop.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items.
     

Camie Shipping Policies

At Camie, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Destinations:

We are pleased to offer shipping to all locations within Egypt.

Shipping Methods and Costs:
 

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 4 to 5 working days

    • Cost: 80 EGP
       

  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1 to 2 working days

    • Cost: 150 EGP
       

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the time the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  • We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but please allow for possible delays during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
     

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your order.

  • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@camie-shop.com.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee it once the order has been processed.
     

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
